About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential clean energy technology client in their search for a Founders Associate based in London. Our client is scaling rapidly and needs someone who can operate across multiple high-impact initiatives with speed and autonomy.

This is a high-velocity role offering significant ownership and direct exposure to strategic decision-making. You'll work on diverse challenges including market expansion, client success initiatives, and identifying growth opportunities in new sectors. The position requires someone who can absorb technical information quickly, work with data confidently, and maintain momentum through obstacles.

Responsibilities

• Lead market entry initiatives from initial research and analysis through to planning and delivery
• Support client success by helping new and existing customers maximize value from the platform
• Identify and execute on growth opportunities across new verticals and customer segments
• Navigate complex technical topics and translate them into actionable strategies
• Move quickly across varied workstreams while maintaining quality and purpose

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role based in London, with an office location around Farringdon. The client requests 2-3 days per week in their dog-friendly office to maximize collaboration.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £75,000 – £200,000 total compensation (base salary plus equity)
