Talent Acquisition Manager (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential renewable energy organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their team in München. In this key position, you will serve as the primary contact for candidates and actively shape how the organization attracts new talent.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Developing hiring processes that are fast, scalable, and data-driven while establishing relevant KPIs for the recruitment funnel
• Owning the complete selection process for key positions—from requirements analysis through successful onboarding
• Advising founders and hiring managers as a strategic partner and developing targeted sourcing strategies together
• Active candidate scouting via platforms such as LinkedIn to identify and approach qualified talent
• Building the employer brand and ensuring the organization is perceived as a first-class place to work
• Taking initiative on projects that currently lack ownership and looking beyond your immediate remit
• Bringing organizational values to life externally, building relationships, and guiding candidates through the entire selection journey

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a proactive talent professional with these qualifications:

• Professional experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with familiarity using Personio and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Previous work in a startup, scale-up, or highly dynamic environment
• Comfort working at eye level with founders and senior leadership
• A self-starter mentality—you drive initiatives forward rather than waiting for perfect briefs
• A continuous improvement mindset; you challenge existing processes and constantly seek optimization
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to use recruiting metrics for process management
• High affinity for AI and emerging technologies in the talent acquisition space
• Empathetic networking abilities and the capacity to convey vision convincingly
• Hands-on approach combined with high professional standards
• Understanding of roles in technical, energy, or agricultural sectors
• German language proficiency for this Munich-based role
