About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing tech company in Düsseldorf seeking a Working Student in Talent Acquisition. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on recruiting experience in a dynamic, international environment. The ideal candidate can commit to approximately 20 hours per week, preferably available Wednesday through Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand vacancy requirements and candidate profiles
  • Source and identify potential candidates using LinkedIn and advanced search techniques
  • Reach out to qualified candidates through professional, compelling outreach messaging
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Contribute creative ideas and strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness
  • Support the team with various talent acquisition projects and initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in HR management, psychology, business administration, or a related field with at least one year remaining in your studies
  • Some prior experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, or strong enthusiasm to learn the field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German fluency is a strong plus
  • Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas and isn't afraid to take initiative
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Team player with high energy, positive attitude, and natural curiosity
  • Comfortable reaching out to professionals and building relationships
  • Quick learner who can grasp complex technical and business concepts
  • Ability to work two days per week on-site in Düsseldorf
