Senior Solution Consultant CPG / Manufacturing

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential supply chain technology organization seeking a Senior Solution Consultant specializing in CPG and Manufacturing. In this senior role, you will lead customer engagements and drive strategic planning solutions across complex manufacturing and consumer goods environments.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Leading customer engagements to define business objectives and translate them into strategic supply chain planning solutions
• Driving cross-functional collaboration to architect and deliver tailored solutions that measurably improve customer profitability
• Owning end-to-end integration of cloud-based planning software with clients' existing systems and processes, ensuring scalability and long-term fit
• Overseeing rigorous testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet the highest standards
• Acting as a trusted advisor, guiding customers in maximizing platform value and championing continuous improvement
• Providing senior-level support for critical incidents and leading value-driven development initiatives
• Mentoring and coaching junior consultants, sharing expertise and raising the overall capability of the team

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks an experienced professional with deep expertise in manufacturing operations and supply chain optimization. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A relevant academic background in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related fields
• Extensive professional experience in solution design, consulting, supply chain operations, or software implementation, ideally within SaaS or ERP/Planning systems
• Deep expertise in manufacturing operations with comprehensive understanding of planning and scheduling challenges at scale
• Advanced data analytics, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with strong proficiency in SQL
• A proven track record of leading complex implementations, including testing, quality assurance, training, and user adoption
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of an organization
• A proactive, adaptable mindset with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead in a fast-changing environment
• Fluency in both English and German is required
