About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing education technology organization based in Bielefeld that is building an AI-powered platform for teaching and learning. Our client serves thousands of educators and hundreds of thousands of students, with strong backing from investors and ambitious plans for European expansion.

As a Content Creator, you will take full operational ownership of video and social media content production. You'll develop ideas, execute them rapidly, and ensure continuous testing of new formats while scaling successful content. This is a 100% hands-on role—from initial concept through filming to final creative delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce organic content for YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Conceptualize and create short-form and long-form video content
• Plan and organize weekly video shoots and execute them independently
• Handle complete video production: setup, recording, editing, and creative post-production
• Design static creatives and graphics for advertising campaigns
• Conceptualize, create, and coordinate user-generated content (UGC)
• Develop new creative ideas for paid advertising strategies
• Test different hooks, messaging, and formats; optimize creatives based on performance data
• Build a high-quality tutorial library in collaboration with the team
• Produce testimonial content on-site at schools; occasional travel to other cities required
• Contribute original ideas and drive consistency, variety, and speed in content production

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience concepting and producing social media content
• Strong proficiency in video setup, recording, and editing
• Proven track record creating both short-form and long-form videos
• Ability to create static creatives and simple graphics for advertisements
• Deep understanding of how content performs on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok
• Experience with UGC—ideally both creating content and coordinating external creators
• Ability to rapidly transform ideas into publication-ready creatives
• Strong instinct for hooks, storytelling, visual language, and current content formats
• Structured, reliable, and independent working style
• Proficiency using modern AI tools to accelerate content production workflows
• Native-level German and good English language skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for school-based filming

Portfolio required: Rather than a traditional CV, please submit examples of videos, social media formats, ads, or other creatives you have personally produced.

Position details: Part-time role at 20 hours per week, 100% remote with option to work from the Bielefeld office. 30 days holiday (based on five-day week), tooling budget for equipment and software, monthly tax-free benefit allowance. The client aims to fill this position by October 1st.
