Product Owner HR-Tech und KI (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Product Owner specializing in HR technology and AI initiatives. In this role, you will shape the next generation of people experience by leading strategic HR-tech projects focused on AI, skills management, learning platforms, and employee experience.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Evaluating enterprise HR platform solutions including skills management, learning tools, and employee listening systems for business value, cost-effectiveness, and integration capabilities, coordinating closely with internal technology teams
• Leading the functional development of implemented AI agents by defining requirements, managing external technology partners, and ensuring quality outcomes
• Driving the development of a forward-looking skill architecture and overseeing the selection and enhancement of innovative learning solutions with emphasis on AI enablement
• Establishing modern employee listening frameworks, managing pulse survey implementations, and advancing feedback processes across the organization

What We're Looking For

• Technical background in computer science, business informatics, HR technology, or HR/Learning & Development professional with strong technical understanding
• Experience working with comprehensive HR system landscapes including skill management and learning platforms; experience with enterprise HR platforms preferred
• Demonstrated experience with AI agents and their integration into existing system environments
• Proven ability to manage external service providers while collaborating closely with internal technology teams
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Fluent German and English (C1+ level)
• Willingness to work full-time on-site in Munich
