Delivery Solutions Architect

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading data and AI platform provider seeking a Delivery Solutions Architect to join their London team. This is a strategic, hybrid technical and commercial role focused on driving platform adoption and ensuring customer success within complex enterprise accounts.

As a Delivery Solutions Architect, you will serve as the post-sale technical lead, working closely with sales and field engineering teams to accelerate workload adoption and maximize return on investment for our client's most strategic customers. This position requires both technical depth and executive relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-technical win account strategy and execution plans for priority use cases within strategic enterprise accounts
• Serve as the accountable technical leader for specific use cases across multiple internal stakeholders, driving onboarding, enablement, and production go-live
• Act as first point of contact for technical issues related to production status of agreed use cases
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects to understand full use case demand plans for prioritized customers
• Coordinate with Professional Services on delivery engagement proposals and create acceleration plans for key use cases moving to production
• Develop comprehensive execution plans covering technical activities across workstreams including enablement, product adoption, optimization, and governance
• Navigate product and engineering teams for innovations, previews, and upgrade requirements
• Provide KPI reporting on usage status, customer health, investment status, risks, and use case progression
• Leverage shared services, user education, onboarding, and support resources to address technical challenges beyond your direct scope
• Resolve complex escalations with senior customer executives

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience with accountability for technical project/program delivery in Data and AI domains
• Programming proficiency in Python, SQL, or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting roles
• Strong understanding of solution architecture for distributed data systems
• Proven ability to attribute business value and outcomes to specific project deliverables
• Technical program or project management experience including stakeholder and resource management
• Track record resolving complex escalations with senior customer executives
• Experience conducting discovery workshops, creating strategic roadmaps, and managing delivery of complex programs
• Demonstrated track record of overachievement against quota, goals, or similar objective targets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30% when needed
