Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization in Aalen seeking a Sales Support professional to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Capture and maintain customer data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Perform careful data entry and regular updates of client records
• Support the care and management of existing client relationships
• Schedule appointments and coordinate client communications
• Conduct active customer outreach (no cold calling required)
