About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global media and technology organization seeking a Director, Product Enablement, AI based in London, UK. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving adoption of AI-powered platform capabilities across a large, matrixed organization.

You'll translate product strategy into scalable enablement programs, creating resources that equip business teams to realize meaningful value from AI and data-driven solutions. This is a highly autonomous role requiring you to execute independently while mentoring others and building long-term strategic roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep, practical understanding of AI platform capabilities and their strategic value to agency and client businesses
• Design, lead, and implement comprehensive enablement programs tailored for various partner and customer groups
• Create best-in-class, user-centric enablement materials including knowledge base articles, guides, and playbooks
• Translate product features and releases into scalable training materials and resources
• Strengthen readiness of regional enablement and champion networks across multiple geographies
• Lead delivery of global community forums and knowledge-sharing sessions
• Provide input to product roadmaps based on client needs, data-driven feedback, and market dynamics
• Monitor adoption metrics to identify areas for improvement and increased engagement
• Gather structured feedback from partners, champions, and users; channel insights to platform leadership
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures
• Manage or mentor junior team members on expert product use
• Contribute to team OKRs and maintain accessible, well-structured knowledge hubs

What We're Looking For

Required Experience:

• Proven background in platform/product enablement, client success, product marketing, or similar role
• Strong track record of autonomously driving product adoption and value realization
• Experience in advertising or related field with solid understanding of complex agency operating structures
• Strong comprehension of how data and technology are used by agencies and advertisers
• First-hand experience with third-party commerce products and platforms preferred
• Familiarity with streamlining workflows through AI-powered automation
• Experience delivering training sessions and acting as a subject matter expert

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills to track adoption, engagement, and utilization metrics
• Proven ability to implement comprehensive enablement strategies and create impactful supporting materials
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal abilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for delivering product demos and training
• Strong and flexible work ethic; ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality results

• Strong people leadership skills with ability to influence others autonomously

Location & Work Rights:

• This is a UK-based role requiring right to work in the United Kingdom
• Hybrid working model with approximately four days per week in the London office
