Support Engineer Intern – m/f/d

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI platform organization based in Berlin. They are seeking a Support Engineer Intern to join their customer success operations for a 6-month full-time assignment starting as soon as possible.

This is a front-line technical support role working directly in the support queue, helping enterprise customers resolve complex technical issues, troubleshoot integrations, and navigate platform functionality. You'll be on-site full-time in Berlin, working closely with engineering and product teams to surface recurring friction points and contribute to operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support tickets end-to-end, addressing technical questions about API integrations, enterprise compliance requirements, access control, and platform functionality
• Investigate reported issues, reproduce bugs, test potential solutions, and communicate clear resolutions to enterprise users
• Document edge cases with detailed reproduction steps and flag recurring issues to engineering teams
• Contribute to internal documentation and help refine support workflows
• Test and provide feedback on internal AI-driven support tooling
• Maintain high standards for customer communication with patience, clarity, and professionalism

• Strong analytical and systems thinking abilities—you enjoy breaking down complex problems logically
• High agency and ownership mindset: you take tickets from start to resolution and dig into root causes
• Deep curiosity about AI applications and modern tooling
• Technical or analytical background preferred: studies in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or hands-on experience building technical projects
• Professional fluency in both German and English (written and verbal)
• Collaborative team player who values in-person problem-solving
