About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential B2B SaaS client based in Germany. They are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join their team on a part-time/contract basis. This is a remote opportunity open to candidates across Europe.

This role offers the chance to shape user experiences for a growing digital platform while also supporting brand consistency across marketing and sales touchpoints. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver elegant solutions from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design for key product areas, from discovery through delivery
  • Translate user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive solutions
  • Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers throughout the development process
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability
  • Design marketing materials including landing pages, ads, and campaign assets that align with the product brand
  • Support sales efforts with presentations, one-pagers, and other collateral
  • Ensure brand cohesion across digital product, web, and sales experiences

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in product design, ideally within SaaS environments
  • Experience with marketing design, branding, or motion graphics
  • Prior experience working in start-up environments
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered product design and solid visual design aesthetic
  • Experience designing responsive web and/or mobile applications
  • Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design/prototyping tools
  • Understanding of design systems and component-driven design
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work autonomously in environments with limited structure
  • Detail-oriented approach with a bias for action
  • Extremely curious and excited by new challenges
  • Open, trustworthy, and committed team player
