Position Summary

The Supply Chain Technician position at Hickman Hospital is essential to our mission of delivering excellent patient care. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing inventory, processing orders, and ensuring that clinical staff have access to the supplies and equipment they need when they need them. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming medical supplies and equipment into designated storage areas
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels across hospital departments
• Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Pick and deliver supplies to clinical units and departments throughout the facility
• Track expiration dates and manage rotation of medical supplies according to safety standards
• Collaborate with department managers to anticipate supply needs and resolve shortages
• Operate inventory management systems and maintain organized, efficient storage areas
• Follow all healthcare safety and sanitation protocols while handling medical supplies

Who We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
• Ability to lift and move supplies regularly, with good physical stamina
• Proficiency with inventory management systems or willingness to learn quickly
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Experience in a healthcare, warehouse, or logistics setting is a plus
• Reliable commitment to full-time hours and the Adrian facility location
