About the Role

Promedica is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Float Pool in the Toledo area. In this flexible position, you'll deliver evidence-based physical therapy services across our network of outpatient facilities, working with diverse patient populations and clinical presentations. This float pool role provides variety in your daily work environment while maintaining continuity of care and professional development opportunities within Promedica's established healthcare system.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings and patient goals
• Deliver direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality-based interventions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation consistent with Promedica standards and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes and ensure coordinated treatment
• Progress patient treatment plans based on functional improvements and clinical reassessment
• Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence and patient-centered care across assigned outpatient locations

Who We're Looking For

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Ohio
• Strong clinical knowledge and hands-on skills in outpatient orthopedic and general rehabilitation
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic clinical environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and healthcare colleagues
• Flexibility and adaptability to rotate across multiple outpatient therapy settings
• Commitment to professional development and evidence-based practice
