Position Summary
As Head of B2B Marketing at Priceline's New York location, you'll own the complete B2B marketing function, from strategy and planning through campaign execution and performance measurement. You'll lead go-to-market initiatives for enterprise partnerships, managed accounts, and volume dealer relationships while building and directing a high-performing marketing team. This role demands strategic business acumen combined with hands-on leadership to accelerate Priceline's expansion in the B2B travel segment.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute B2B marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
- Build, develop, and manage a marketing team focused on campaigns, content, analytics, and partner engagement
- Create integrated marketing campaigns targeting travel agencies, corporate travel managers, and hospitality business partners
- Drive brand awareness and pipeline generation across B2B channels, including digital, events, partnerships, and account-based marketing
- Establish marketing performance frameworks and dashboards; optimize budget allocation based on ROI and business impact
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Business Development to align marketing programs with sales goals and customer requirements
- Identify and evaluate emerging segments and partnership opportunities within the B2B travel ecosystem
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 3 years in a management or leadership capacity
- Demonstrated success generating revenue and pipeline growth in B2B markets
- Strategic mindset combined with strong execution, project management, and analytical skills
- Expertise in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and data-informed strategy
- Experience in travel, hospitality, SaaS, or comparable B2B industries is strongly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
- Proven budget management and P&L ownership experience
