The Opportunity
This role sits at the intersection of business development strategy and marketing leadership, requiring a director-level executive to shape growth initiatives across multiple markets. You'll lead efforts to identify and capitalize on emerging business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and oversee market positioning for Freseniusglobal. Working in a global context, you'll influence how the organization competes, grows, and establishes itself in key regions worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market opportunities and partnership prospects
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion initiatives
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients
- Analyze competitive landscape and market trends to inform business strategy
- Oversee marketing strategy and brand positioning in alignment with business development goals
- Report on performance metrics and business development results to senior leadership
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in a director-level or equivalent business development role
- Strong strategic planning and execution capabilities
- Demonstrated success building partnerships and closing major business opportunities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in global or multi-market environments
- Business acumen and understanding of P&L responsibility
- Leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional groups
