The Opportunity

Foxfactory seeks an experienced production planning and control leader to oversee our manufacturing operations in Gainesville. You'll manage end-to-end production scheduling, demand forecasting, and inventory coordination while leading a dedicated team. This role bridges manufacturing execution with strategic planning, giving you visibility across procurement, production, and fulfillment. You'll own the systems and processes that keep our facility running efficiently and ensure we meet customer commitments on time, every time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute production schedules that balance customer demand, resource constraints, and inventory targets
• Supervise production planning team members and mentor them on scheduling best practices
• Monitor key performance indicators including on-time delivery rates, inventory turns, and production efficiency
• Coordinate with sales, supply chain, and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and plan capacity
• Manage material flow and work-in-process inventory to minimize waste and reduce lead times
• Analyze production data and identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs
• Oversee production control systems, ERP software, and planning tools
• Respond to production challenges and work cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks

Who We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management
• Proven track record leading teams and implementing process improvements
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems, scheduling software, and data analysis
• Solid understanding of manufacturing principles, demand planning, and inventory management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment
