Assembly – 1st Shift (Mon–Thurs, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) & 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs, 4:00PM – 2:30AM)

Foxfactory is seeking Assembly workers for full-time positions in Gainesville, Georgia, with flexible shift options: first shift (Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM) or second shift (Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM–2:30 AM). You'll join a team manufacturing precision components for suspension systems used worldwide.

Position Summary

This Assembly position involves hands-on work assembling and testing precision components according to Foxfactory's quality standards. Working in our Gainesville facility, you'll be part of the production team that ensures every product meets the high standards expected by our global customer base. Whether you choose the early morning 1st shift or the overnight 2nd shift schedule, you'll find a structured, organized workplace that values safety, quality, and teamwork.

Your Responsibilities

• Assemble precision parts and components according to technical specifications and assembly drawings
• Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet Foxfactory standards
• Operate hand tools and light machinery used in the assembly process
• Work efficiently to meet production schedules and daily output targets
• Maintain a clean, organized work station and follow all safety protocols
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding production issues or material shortages

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Manual dexterity and comfort working with small precision components
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and punctuality, especially for early morning or overnight shifts
• Prior assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus, but training is provided for motivated candidates
