What You'll Do

• Conduct time studies and work measurement analyses to establish accurate labor standards and identify bottlenecks.
• Map material flows, workstation layouts, and process sequences to reveal opportunities for reduced waste and smoother hand-offs.
• Support continuous-improvement projects by gathering data, calculating productivity metrics, and presenting simple recommendations to supervisors.
• Assist with the design and validation of workstation improvements, tooling setups, and basic ergonomic adjustments.
• Document standard operating procedures and update process documentation so teams can maintain consistency across shifts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners on quality checks, safety reviews, and capacity-planning exercises that keep output on target.

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Working knowledge of process analysis techniques, lean fundamentals, and basic statistical tools.
• Strong analytical thinking, clear written communication, and comfort presenting findings to non-technical audiences.
• Familiarity with common industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, Excel-based modeling, or simulation packages is a plus.
• Ability to work on-site in Gainesville, GA, as a full-time Industrial Engineer 1 and contribute effectively within a team-oriented setting.
