Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients using standardized assessments and clinical observation to identify functional limitations and rehabilitation potential
• Design and implement targeted occupational therapy treatment plans addressing activities of daily living, fine motor control, and cognitive function
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions and recommend adaptive equipment or home modifications to support patient independence
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and communicate progress notes with the broader healthcare team
• Coordinate care with physicians, physical therapists, and other specialists to ensure patients receive integrated, comprehensive rehabilitation
• Coach patients and families on strategies, exercises, and adaptive techniques to reinforce gains beyond the clinic

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an ACOTE-accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted occupational therapy license in Massachusetts
• Current NBCOT certification
• Solid foundation in occupational therapy theory, assessment, and intervention approaches
• Strong interpersonal and written communication abilities
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Genuine commitment to patient-centered care and rehabilitation outcomes
