Position Summary

As a Physical Therapist with Foxrehab, you'll deliver evidence-based therapeutic care to patients in Newburyport and the surrounding Massachusetts communities. You'll work with a collaborative clinical team to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and help individuals regain mobility and independence. This role combines patient-centered care with the professional satisfaction of supporting meaningful recovery outcomes.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify functional limitations and rehabilitation needs
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition and goals
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote healing and restore function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment protocols based on clinical outcomes
• Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards
• Educate patients and families on exercises, safety, and strategies for continued progress at home
• Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

Who We're Looking For

• Valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse patient populations
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinical environment
