Fullsail is hiring a Veterans Affairs School Certifying Official in Full Sail to join our team in a full-time position. As an entry-level certifying official, you'll play a vital role in supporting veteran students and ensuring compliance with Veterans Affairs education benefit programs.

About This Position

This entry-level role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with Veterans Affairs education benefit programs. You'll be responsible for certifying educational programs, managing enrollment verification processes, and ensuring all documentation meets VA requirements. This position is ideal for someone new to the VA education compliance field who is ready to grow within a supportive organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Certify Fullsail's educational programs and courses for Veterans Affairs education benefits eligibility
• Process and verify veteran student enrollment documents and maintain accurate records
• Communicate with VA regional offices regarding institution compliance, policy changes, and certification updates
• Review student files to ensure eligibility for benefits under GI Bill and related VA programs
• Assist veterans and student veterans with questions regarding their education benefits and certification status
• Monitor and report on institutional compliance with VA regulations and standards
• Maintain organized records and documentation supporting all certification activities

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to learn VA regulations and education benefit programs quickly
• Proficiency with computer systems and willingness to master specialized VA databases
• Reliable, professional demeanor with ability to work independently
• Prior experience in education administration, Veterans Affairs, or compliance is a plus
