You will help ready and operate staging components so entertainment workflows stay reliable, safe, and polished for every sailing. Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Construct, adjust, and dismantle sets, platforms, and scenic pieces ahead of rehearsals and shows
• Position lighting instruments, speakers, cables, and related production hardware
• Assist load-ins, changeovers, and strike activities while upholding clear safety standards
• Monitor and perform routine care on stage tools, drapes, and support gear
• Coordinate with fellow technicians and production leads through varied performance schedules
• Respond quickly to mid-show technical needs to keep presentations uninterrupted

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated Stage Crew background or equivalent live-event production help
• Physical readiness to move heavy pieces, climb ladders, and handle extended standing shifts
• Solid grasp of basic stagecraft, safe rigging practices, and audio-visual fundamentals
• Proven ability to work cooperatively under tight timelines and flexible performance hours
• Dependable focus on delivering consistent support that elevates guest entertainment quality
• Willingness to engage fully within a multicultural shipboard community
