You will concentrate on high-standard, patient-centred consultations as part of a skilled group that comprises nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, mental health specialists and clinical administration colleagues. The working model supports your wellbeing by limiting on-call obligations substantially, decreasing the number of home visits, cutting back on minor-illness appointments, lowering the volume of repeat prescriptions and reducing administration dramatically, all enabled by allied professionals. Dedicated lead GPs, group clinical leads and reliable back-office teams foster a practice atmosphere that feels familial. Core Duties

• Carry out safe, effective patient consultations informed by solid clinical knowledge
• Partner daily with the multidisciplinary group of nursing, pharmacy, mental-health and administrative colleagues
• Handle clinical caseloads that benefit from reduced home visits, fewer minor-illness slots and lighter administrative loads
• Contribute actively to a practice culture that values learning, wellbeing and team connection
• Uphold high clinical standards within a well-supported primary-care environment at Lewisham Medical Centre

Skills & Qualifications

• GMC registration together with demonstrated clinical expertise
• Strong communication skills for patient and team interactions
• Confidence and competence with EMIS, T-Quest and Pathlinks
• Ability to work effectively inside a multidisciplinary and family-style practice
