Business Analyst

Networkplus is recruiting a Business Analyst in Walsall to embed within a dedicated business area as a daily collaborator with senior leadership. This full-time role means working alongside the Managing Director and Commercial Director to grasp how the area truly operates and surface improvement openings that span people, processes and systems.

Role Overview

At Networkplus the Business Analyst concentrates on practical business advancement with a reach that regularly extends outside pure technology. Substantial progress areas commonly appear in the arrangement of everyday activities, the configuration of teams, the routes processes follow and the way effort is applied. You will locate those openings, construct a clear argument for adjustment and contribute to delivering results that can be quantified. Whenever technology becomes relevant you act as the bridge into IT, carefully gathering and shaping the requirements then directing them to the right Product Owner and delivery team so translation between the business and implementation remains clear. You sit inside the business area and report into its leadership while sustaining tight coordination with IT and Product Owners. The remit further involves working face-to-face with clients to assist contract fulfilment as well as coordinating tasks among third-party suppliers and partners. The post suits someone equally at ease debating commercial direction with executives or charting a workflow and refining a requirement.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate every day with the Managing Director and Commercial Director while remaining fully embedded in the assigned business area
• Examine how the area actually functions and identify opportunities that improve people arrangements, process flows and system use
• Build the rationale for recommended changes and help secure measurable performance gains
• Capture and refine any technology needs then hand them cleanly to Product Owners and delivery teams
• Engage clients directly to support the successful delivery of contracts
• Coordinate and oversee workstreams involving third-party suppliers and partners

What We're Looking For

• Comfort moving between senior commercial strategy discussions and practical process mapping or requirement shaping
• Orientation toward business enhancement opportunities that frequently have little connection to technology
• Ability to serve as the clear link between a business unit and IT Product Owners plus delivery resources
• Readiness to work with clients on contract delivery and to manage interactions with external suppliers
