Stage – Assistant Satisfaction (x/f/m) – janvier 2027

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization seeking a Customer Success Intern to join their team in Paris starting January 2027. In this role, you will support growth by ensuring smooth process management and working on customer satisfaction and training initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing CRM reporting (Salesforce) for new clients and ensuring smooth coordination between different teams
• Distributing and qualifying training requests
• Collaborating with Onboarding managers on topics impacting customer satisfaction
• Leading and improving internal team presentations and KPI tracking dashboards

Through this internship, you will develop skills in customer satisfaction management and gain experience improving processes, KPIs, and team organization.

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree level (Bac +4/5) from a business school, engineering school, or equivalent university program
• Strong initiative and a passion for continuously improving current processes
• Rigor, curiosity, and proactive approach to work
• Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

Ideal candidates will also have:

• Ability to work autonomously
• Comfort working in an agile, constantly evolving environment
• Knowledge of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce

Position Details: Full-time mandatory internship (stage conventionné), 6 months duration, starting January 2027, based in Levallois-Perret (Paris area) with hybrid work policy.
