Source to Pay (S2P) Workstream Lead (Oracle Procurement Cloud Focus), Oracle N.A. Consulting

Oracle's North America Consulting team is hiring a Source to Pay Workstream Lead to lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Procurement Cloud solutions at our Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish location. This is a full-time position where you will own end-to-end delivery of Source to Pay workstreams for enterprise clients.

What This Role Involves

As a Source to Pay Workstream Lead, you'll direct the successful deployment of Oracle's Procurement Cloud Fusion platform, managing all phases from design through go-live. You'll work across cross-functional teams to translate client business requirements into system configurations, optimize procurement processes, and ensure clients achieve maximum value from their cloud investments.

Core Duties

• Lead the implementation of Procurement Cloud modules including Purchasing, Self-Service Purchasing, Contracts, Sourcing, Supplier Qualification Management, and Supplier Portal
• Drive configuration of Payables, Expenses, and Channel Revenue Management processes aligned with client business needs
• Facilitate business process redesign workshops with client stakeholders to establish procurement best practices
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and team coordination across all implementation phases
• Perform solution testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure system readiness before go-live
• Provide post-implementation support and deliver client training on system functionality

What You Bring

• Proven experience implementing Oracle Procurement Cloud or related enterprise resource planning systems
• Deep understanding of Source to Pay business processes and procurement workflows
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical and functional teams in complex implementations
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Track record of delivering enterprise software projects on time and within scope
• Oracle Procurement Cloud certifications or equivalent hands-on expertise preferred
