Our recruiting team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential supply chain technology client in their search for a Solutions Consultant based in Ecuador. This organization serves global brands and retailers with an AI-powered platform that optimizes supply chain operations and provides real-time visibility across production chains.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll lead end-to-end implementation engagements for enterprise clients, serving as a trusted technical advisor who translates business requirements into scalable solutions. You'll combine consulting expertise with hands-on technical work to drive customer success and platform adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from discovery through deployment and post-go-live optimization
• Design and execute structured project plans with clear milestones and deliverables for enterprise clients
• Lead technical discovery sessions, requirements gathering, and solution architecture discussions
• Configure integrations including APIs, SFTP connections, and automation workflows
• Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, aligning platform capabilities with their business objectives
• Deliver product demonstrations, technical workshops, and executive briefings to stakeholders at all levels
• Advise customers on maximizing value through AI capabilities, identifying opportunities for AI-driven insights and automation
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and coordinate with product and engineering teams for resolution
• Manage multiple implementation projects independently while maintaining delivery excellence
• Create solution documentation, configuration playbooks, and customer enablement materials
• Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless handoffs and aligned solutions
• Contribute to pre-sales scoping and solution validation activities
• Surface customer feedback to influence platform evolution and product innovation

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Implementation, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment
• Proven track record leading enterprise-level software implementations from end to end
• Deep technical understanding of API and SFTP integrations and data flows
• Strong expertise in solution design, business process mapping, and requirements gathering
• Demonstrated ability to advise stakeholders at various seniority levels, including VP/SVP/C-suite executives
• Experience with artificial intelligence concepts, predictive analytics, and generative AI applications
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently with minimal customer downtime
• Strong consulting skills with the capacity to translate customer needs into scalable, industry-standard solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences
• Experience working with distributed teams and managing projects remotely
• Comfortable managing objectives, KPIs, and driving client value independently
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and client-facing interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (required)
• Experience in fashion, retail, or supply chain technology is a plus
