Chef de projet Expérience Professionnels de Santé (H/F/X) – France (Paris)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential health and wellness organization seeking an experienced professional to lead their healthcare practitioner engagement strategy in France. In this role, you will:

• Define and execute the B2B acquisition and event experience strategy by identifying key congresses, training opportunities, webinars, and engagement touchpoints for healthcare professionals, building an annual calendar aligned with business objectives
• Lead end-to-end organization and preparation of industry events and congresses, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to deliver professional, cohesive experiences for participants
• Develop tailored engagement formats for healthcare professionals including continuing education sessions, workshops, webinars, breakfast seminars, and regional events based on field-identified needs
• Maximize acquisition and conversion by collaborating with Regional Managers to identify network activation opportunities, transform common needs into scalable initiatives, and ensure continuity between event participation, activation, and follow-through
• Design differentiated professional journeys before, during, and after each event to strengthen practitioner engagement and loyalty
• Measure and optimize performance by analyzing attendance metrics, lead quality, conversion rates, engagement levels, and ROI to continuously refine event strategy and identify highest-performing opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Educational background in a scientific field such as nutrition, biology, healthcare, or related discipline
• Initial experience in marketing, event management, or project coordination
• Strong ability to understand and communicate scientific topics accessibly, with comfort discussing technical subjects with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent events and coordinate various stakeholders autonomously
• Business-oriented mindset with ability to assess opportunity relevance, prioritize investments, and measure impact
• Collaborative approach with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Brand, and Product teams
• Ability to transform field needs into relevant, scalable experiences
• Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken)
• Based in or willing to relocate to Paris
