Lead Product Manager – Patient Data Collection (x/f/m)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Lead Product Manager - Patient Data Collection to join their patient platform team in Paris.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end patient data collection programme, ensuring health records are complete, accurate, and actionable. You'll be accountable for data quality across four collection channels: patient self-entry, consultation preparation flows, health professional system integrations, and third-party health app connections. Your work will directly impact the quality of medical support provided to both patients and practitioners.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Own the patient data collection programme across all channels and be accountable for outcomes across the entire ecosystem
• Define what constitutes a useful patient record for dependent teams, make it measurable, and build instrumentation from the ground up
• Partner with channel-owning teams inside and outside your direct group to set inter-team contracts, agree contribution models, and arbitrate collection priorities
• Own record quality and freshness metrics alongside health data storage consent, patient accounts, and online identity management
• Ship platform layers that serve patient data across the product, including feature stores, context services, and health record features
• Lead the Patient Profile team's roadmap and delivery, from patient health records and trackers through to feature stores and context services
• Navigate a strict regulatory environment including health data compliance, GDPR, and consent-by-design requirements

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Proven track record owning a coverage, completeness, or data quality metric as a primary objective, with demonstrable results over a defined timeline
• Experience working at millions-of-records scale
• History of moving metrics through cross-functional teams that did not report to you, setting interfaces, contracts, and SLAs with partner teams
• Shipped products under hard regulatory or consent constraints in health, finance, or identity, with privacy and consent by design
• Deep technical expertise: owned a data platform component, feature store, context or profile service, or identity layer as a product
• Fluent in English

Ideal additional experience:

• Encountered a data quality problem that surfaced only at a downstream consumer and changed your working methodology as a result
• Built a completeness or quality definition and successfully drove organizational adoption
• Worked on interoperability, health data standards, or identity and account models
