We are representing a confidential travel technology company seeking a Junior.NET Engineer to join their backend engineering team in London. Our client is building innovative solutions that connect millions of users across Europe and beyond, with a focus on sustainable technology choices.

Responsibilities
- Deliver new functionality and features using modern.NET technologies
- Ensure quality standards across all development work
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the codebase
- Take ownership of the full development lifecycle from code to production, including deployment and monitoring
- Make meaningful contributions to technical decisions within your team
- Identify and help remove blockers and inefficiencies in development processes
- Maintain customer focus as the priority in all technical decisions
What We're Looking For
Essential:
- Early career engineer with foundational knowledge of.NET (whether just starting out or with a couple of years of experience)
- Understanding of version control systems
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Proactive, team-oriented approach with strong communication skills
- Passion for learning new technologies and skills
- Ability to thrive in diverse, open, and collaborative environments
Desirable:
- Experience with C#.NET, React, TypeScript, Kotlin, Swift, or Ruby
- Working knowledge of Git
- Experience with unit testing practices
- Understanding of AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Exposure to technologies such as Docker, Terraform, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or CI/CD pipelines
