Signature Concierge – UK

We are representing a confidential preventative health organization expanding their premium service offering in London. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Signature Concierge to deliver exceptional, end-to-end member experiences for their most discerning clients. Responsibilities

• Manage premium member journeys from initial onboarding through clinic visits and ongoing follow-up support
• Ensure every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality, discretion, and personalized service
• Coordinate flawless clinic visit experiences, including venue preparation, personal greetings, and proactive issue resolution
• Develop and maintain comprehensive service playbooks covering standard operating procedures, tone of voice guidelines, and escalation protocols
• Complete all member-facing actions within defined service level agreements
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with product, marketing, legal, and clinic operations teams
• Support smooth rollout of new features, processes, and system improvements affecting the premium member experience
• Handle sensitive member information with absolute discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or high-touch customer support environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a warm, polished approach suited to premium clientele
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail across complex, multi-stakeholder journeys
• Demonstrated discretion when managing sensitive information
• Proactive mindset that anticipates needs and resolves issues before they surface
• Comfortable working with scheduling, CRM, and case management platforms (e.g., Zendesk)
• Ability to build collaborative relationships across operations, marketing, product, and clinical teams

Preferred:

• Experience supporting VIP, executive, or international clients in concierge or personal assistant roles
• Additional language skills or cultural sensitivity beneficial for serving diverse markets
• Familiarity with healthcare environments or regulated service settings
• Experience developing process documentation, SOPs, or service playbooks
