Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential e-commerce agency seeking a motivated Web Developer to join their team in Dortmund. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding to prepare you for client-facing projects.
- Develop small web applications using PHP (vanilla PHP or Laravel) and frontend frameworks/libraries such as React, Angular 2, or Vue
- Build scripts to exchange e-commerce data between various APIs and process large datasets
- After thorough training, support development of platform-specific apps and plugins for major e-commerce systems
- Take ownership of projects and client relationships as you grow into the role
- Work efficiently in a dynamic agency environment while maintaining composure under pressure
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of Laravel experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP
- Familiarity with at least one frontend framework (React, Angular, or Vue)
- Passionate about software development and eager to tackle challenges
- Ability to complete projects efficiently and maintain calm in fast-paced settings
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and ERP systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills and enjoy working with people
- Comfortable with collaboration tools like Slack, monday.com, and Asana
- High level of self-motivation and initiative

This is a full-time position based in Dortmund. For the first 6 months, you'll work on-site 2 days per week, with up to 100% remote work possible thereafter.
