About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health and wellness organization in the DACH region that is seeking a Creative Strategist to drive customer acquisition through performance-focused advertising. This is a role for someone who measures creative success by conversion data, not aesthetic approval—where hooks and angles make or break performance, and testing velocity matters more than perfection.

Our client operates multiple brands serving over 250,000 customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. They move fast, value results over process, and rely heavily on AI-assisted workflows to accelerate creative production and testing.

As Creative Strategist, you will own the creative engine behind new customer acquisition. You'll develop advertorials and user-generated content concepts that convert cold traffic into buyers, working across multiple product lines in health, beauty, and pet wellness. This is a hands-on role where your hooks, angles, and messaging directly impact customer acquisition costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop hooks, angles, and advertorial concepts designed to stop and convert cold traffic on Meta and other platforms across multiple brand portfolios
• Create concepts for image and video ads, then brief and manage creators, designers, and video editors
• Mine customer reviews, support tickets, and CRM conversations for real pain points, language patterns, and untapped audience segments—your angles come from data, not intuition
• Run structured creative testing with regular weekly cadence of new angles and variants; iterate winners and kill underperformers based on hook rate, CTR, CVR, and CAC impact
• Conduct systematic creative review—analyze past winners and losers to identify which pain points resonate, which messaging stops scroll, and which audiences respond to specific promises
• Collaborate closely with paid media team to ensure ads, advertorials, and product pages work as a unified conversion system
• Build and refine AI and agent workflows to accelerate research, variant production, and performance analysis

What We're Looking For

• Proven direct-response creative experience with measurable results—you've developed hooks, angles, and advertorials that sold to cold traffic and can cite winning rates, CTR, CVR, and CAC impact
• Strong advertorial and copywriting fundamentals: problem-aware hooks, open loops, curiosity drivers, and understanding of what makes advertorials convert with cold audiences
• Data-driven creative judgment—you evaluate creatives by conversion performance, not personal preference or aesthetic appeal
• Bias toward velocity over perfection; comfortable producing multiple angles quickly and letting the market decide rather than endlessly refining
• Consumer insight for health, beauty, and pet audiences, with ability to leverage AI as an execution multiplier
• Fluent German (required for customer research and copywriting), strong English
• Located in or near Köln preferred due to hybrid office arrangement
