Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential e-commerce agency seeking a Project Manager for Shopify projects in Hamburg. In this role, you will:

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee the development of web shops on the Shopify platform
• Serve as the primary interface between our client's technical team and their customers
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and defined objectives throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Continuously improve internal project management processes to enhance efficiency
• Take ownership of multiple concurrent projects and ensure successful delivery

What We're Looking For

Our talent team is seeking candidates who bring:

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in project management, ideally within an agency or e-commerce environment
• Hands-on experience working with Shopify
• Solution-oriented mindset with a strong ability to work independently
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain oversight of complex projects
• Strong communication skills and genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Slack, monday.com, and Asana
• Experience using AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude
• High levels of motivation and initiative
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based position
