Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential industrial automation client seeking a field service technician for the Magdeburg region. In this role, you will travel nationally and internationally to customer sites with approximately 100% travel expectations, typically in assignments lasting two to three weeks.

Your day-to-day work includes:

• Mechanical assembly and installation of automated systems at customer facilities worldwide
• Independent commissioning of equipment and machinery
• Supporting steel structure installation and component integration
• Performing service and maintenance for existing customer installations globally
• Working on varied projects tailored to individual customer specifications

What We're Looking For

Our client requires candidates with:

• Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics, electronics, or similar)
• Entry-level professionals or those with relevant field experience are welcome
• Strong communication skills in German and English
• French language skills are desirable
• Independent working style combined with team player mentality
• Willingness to travel extensively
• Valid Class B driving license

This position offers a permanent employment contract with 30 days of annual leave, flexible working arrangements when not traveling, and comprehensive health and wellness benefits through the employer.
