Verantwortlichkeiten
Reparaturservice:
- Eigenständige Durchführung verschiedener Reparaturarbeiten an Kundenprodukten mit handwerklichem Geschick (z.B. Austausch von Komponenten)
- Bearbeitung von E-Mail-Anfragen zum Reparaturservice
- Kunden- und Beschwerdemanagement im Reparaturbereich
Filiallogistik:
- Entgegennahme und Kontrolle eingehender Warenlieferungen
- Kommunikation mit Lieferanten
- Verantwortung für die fachgerechte Lagerung der Produkte
