(Senior) Creator Marketing Coordinator (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a dynamic organization in the creator economy and influencer marketing space, seeking a talented (Senior) Creator Marketing Coordinator to join their Berlin-based team. This is an excellent opportunity to shape innovative marketing strategies and work at the intersection of brands, creators, and social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize influencer marketing campaigns with a focus on performance and brand awareness
• Collaborate closely with key account management to ensure client strategies are successfully implemented
• Manage projects end-to-end, including weekly updates, client meetings, and development of long-term client retention initiatives
• Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify trends and derive strategic recommendations
• Oversee budget and margin management, ensuring economic efficiency across campaigns
• Serve as the liaison between clients, creators, and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
• Manage paid media campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok to maximize campaign results

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable role
• Excellent communication skills and strong intuition for managing relationships with clients, creators, and stakeholders
• Proven experience in budget management and process optimization for efficient campaign management
• Deep understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, ideally with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns
• Strong diplomatic skills and ability to balance diverse interests effectively
• Team player with a hands-on mentality, initiative, and genuine passion for the creator ecosystem
• German language proficiency required; English skills are a plus
