ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Overview

We are representing a confidential federal consulting organization in their search for a ServiceNow Implementation Specialist. This fully remote position requires a professional who excels in ServiceNow platform deployment, requirements analysis, and agile collaboration. Our talent team is looking for candidates with deep technical expertise and a commitment to delivering mission-critical solutions in complex government environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full implementation life cycle support for ServiceNow module deployments in complex federal environments
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual setting
• Develop comprehensive understanding of customer ServiceNow business requirements
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to translate mission needs into ServiceNow implementations
• Provide technical expertise on all ServiceNow platform questions related to assigned implementations
• Deliver progress demonstrations and final capability presentations to client stakeholders
• Implement ServiceNow modules, configurations, and customizations for multiple customers
• Create and manage workspaces, business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals
• Limited travel may be required within the continental United States

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree required; degree in engineering, finance, economics, operations research, mathematics, or related discipline preferred
• Six (6) or more years of professional work experience
• Four (4) or more years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform configuration and implementation
• Demonstrated experience implementing and deploying ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in client environments
• Proven experience with ServiceNow platform capabilities in client settings
• Strong experience with ServiceNow Business Rules and platform scripting
• Experience in ServiceNow application implementation and deployment

Desired Experience:

• ServiceNow implementation within a Human Centered Design framework
• Configuration and customization of ServiceNow Service Portal pages and widgets
• Configuration and customization of ServiceNow Workspaces
• Implementation experience with Customer Service Management (CSM) and at least one additional module: Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD), or Integrated Risk Management
• Experience implementing ServiceNow modules for US Federal Government clients

Desired Certifications:

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - CSM
