Mid-Market Account Executive – UK&I

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential IoT technology organization seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive based in London. Our client helps industrial and operational businesses harness connected data to improve safety, efficiency, and sustainability across sectors like transportation, construction, field services, and logistics.

This is a remote hunter role focused on 90% net-new logo acquisition. You'll be selling technical solutions with deal sizes ranging from £20k to £200k, managing complex sales cycles involving technical proof-of-concepts, multiple stakeholders, and executive-level decision makers.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic account mapping and outbound prospecting to build a robust pipeline of mid-market opportunities
• Own the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and qualification through negotiation and close
• Conduct technical POCs and manage multi-stakeholder engagements across operational and executive levels
• Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to remove deal blockers and accelerate opportunities
• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with customers in industries transitioning from traditional pen-and-paper processes to modern technology solutions
• Continuously research target industries to understand operational challenges and position value-based solutions

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 24 months of experience in a full-cycle, outbound-heavy SaaS closing role
• Proven track record in a pure hunter role with 80-90% focus on net-new logo acquisition
• Demonstrated history of consistent quota over-achievement
• Experience handling complex mid-to-large deal cycles with multiple decision makers
• Value-based selling approach with excellent interpersonal skills
• Innate curiosity and willingness to learn about diverse operational businesses
