About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology services organization seeking a Service Management professional in Costa Rica. This leadership role involves managing the delivery of complex services, solutions, and projects while ensuring business objectives, service level agreements (SLAs), quality standards, and client satisfaction are met.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, coordinate development, implementation, and support activities, and ensure proper project execution within defined timelines, costs, and scope. As the primary point of contact between clients, technical teams, and the organization, you will facilitate effective communication and execution aligned with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects and services
• Manage technical and functional teams, ensuring achievement of objectives and deliverables
• Guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics
• Oversee quality of delivered solutions and promote continuous improvement
• Manage risks, incidents, and changes in project scope
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and business teams
• Control budget, costs, and operational efficiency of services or projects
• Ensure compliance with standards, methodologies, and project governance practices
• Prepare executive reports on progress, risks, and results
• Drive initiatives for optimization, automation, and process improvement

What We're Looking For

Required Education:

• Completed university degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields (mandatory requirement)

Preferred Certifications:

• Project and service management certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL, PRINCE2, or equivalent

Key Skills:

• Proven experience leading complex technology services and projects
• Strong team management and stakeholder coordination abilities
• Expertise in SLA management and performance metrics
• Risk management and project governance experience
• Budget and cost control capabilities
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
