As a Server/Bartender at Pizzeria Libretto, you'll be the front-line face of our commitment to quality service and hospitality. You'll engage directly with guests, manage both table service and bar operations, and ensure every visit to our North York location leaves a lasting positive impression. This role demands energy, reliability, and a genuine passion for creating memorable dining experiences in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

What You'll Do

• Greet and seat guests, and take food and beverage orders with precision and warmth
• Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages at the bar
• Deliver food and drinks to tables with excellent presentation and timing
• Build rapport with regulars and new guests through attentive, friendly service
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately, managing the till and processing payments
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal delivery and address service issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your service station, bar area, and dining space
• Follow health, safety, and food-handling standards consistently

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a server, bartender, or in similar hospitality roles
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail mixing, and wine or beer pairings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first attitude
• Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Reliable time-keeping and flexibility with part-time scheduling
• Competence with cash handling and modern point-of-sale systems
