Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve Arby's menu items according to company standards and recipes
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining food safety protocols
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the counter or drive-through
• Handle cash and payment transactions accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work station and the kitchen
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet customer demand during peak service times
• Follow all food handling and hygiene regulations to ensure customer safety
• Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels throughout your shift

Requirements

• Ability to work full-time hours in a retail and food service environment
• Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic food preparation tasks
• Willingness to follow food safety and company operational procedures
