Senior Solutions Architect – ACE

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cloud networking organization in their search for a Senior Solutions Architect focused on customer enablement and technical training delivery. This is a strategic role that bridges pre-sales engagement, post-implementation upskilling, and curriculum architecture. You will design and lead enterprise-level technical workshops, partner with professional services and customer success teams to build tailored learning paths, and evolve training programs based on real field signal from complex multi-cloud deployments.

This position reports into the Customer Training and Development function and requires someone who can hold their own in the room with enterprise architects and CISOs while also delivering high-energy, multi-day technical workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing technical enablement sessions and workshops using interactive whiteboarding, chalk-talk methods, and visual storytelling to explain complex packet flows and distributed cloud architectures
• Architect learning solutions tailored to each customer's technical environment, including multi-cloud lab design and AI-driven just-in-time curriculum modifications
• Engage with enterprise accounts pre- and post-sale as the technical authority on enablement scope; partner with sales and customer outcomes leadership to position training engagements as part of larger deal structures
• Collaborate with Professional Services, Technical Advisors, and Engagement Managers to design customer-specific upskilling paths tied to active platform migrations, upgrades, and adoption initiatives
• Translate field feedback into curriculum evolution; propose new modules, certification tracks, and enterprise learning offerings rather than delivering static content
• Maintain technical credibility with network leaders, security stakeholders, and enterprise architects throughout the customer lifecycle

What We're Looking For

Required Technical Qualifications:

• CCIE-level expertise (Enterprise Infrastructure or Service Provider track) highly recommended
• AWS Certified Advanced Networking or Microsoft Azure Network Engineer Associate (AZ-700) certification required
• Expert-level knowledge of BGP (routing policies, path selection), High Availability design, and VPN technologies (IPsec, OpenVPN)
• Proven expertise designing and staging complex multi-cloud architectures across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI
• 7+ years in Solutions Architecture, Network Engineering, or Technical Training roles

Required Professional Capabilities:

• Exceptional ability to maintain audience engagement during intensive multi-day workshops; equally comfortable in advisory conversations with C-level executives scoping enablement engagements
• Outstanding communication skills with the ability to simplify complex distributed systems for varied technical personas through verbal and visual explanation
• Self-motivated program owner capable of running enablement engagements end-to-end: scoping with stakeholders, designing curriculum and lab environments, coordinating across teams, and managing delivery
• Experience bridging legacy on-premises networking paradigms to modern cloud-native security architectures

Pay

The client has indicated a base salary range of $121,829 – $143,328 for this full-time position, plus benefits, 401(k) match, equity, and bonus eligibility.
