Senior Social Media Manager (m/w/d) in Vollzeit gesucht

Responsibilities

We are representing a rapidly expanding self-care and wellness organization seeking a Senior Social Media Manager to lead their social media presence. In this role, you will be the creative and strategic force behind all social content.

You will own the complete social media execution: conceptualizing and producing high-performing content including Reels, responsive ads, viral formats, video cuts, carousels, and static posts. You understand what works on Instagram and TikTok and can execute it yourself.

You'll be responsible for maintaining and evolving the social media playbook, ensuring brand consistency and quality standards across all channels. Editorial planning, quality assurance, and brand hygiene fall under your purview.

Campaign and event management is a core part of your role—you'll independently steer social campaigns and brand moments from conception through analysis, including managing freelancers and external service providers.

A key focus is building an AI-supported content workflow in close collaboration with the tech team. This includes trend analysis, translating themes into brand language, Canva integration, and asset delivery. You'll also conceptualize guest formats, expert collaborations, and community content with external voices.

What We're Looking For

Our client needs someone with 4–7 years of social media management or content experience, ideally with brand or agency background. You must demonstrate creative excellence through a portfolio showing your ability to edit videos, develop formats, and think in trends.

Required skills:

• Expert-level proficiency with CapCut, Captions, Canva, Asana, Confluence, Claude, and other AI tools
• Proven experience managing social campaigns independently from concept to freelancer coordination
• Strong process thinking—you've built your own systems and SOPs before
• AI-first mindset: you think in workflows and automation, not just text generation
• Deep platform understanding for Instagram and TikTok, with knowledge of how premium wellness brands communicate
• Fluent German and English, with premium-level copywriting ability in both languages for captions, ad texts, and campaign copy

Bonus qualifications:

• Experience with self-care and/or FMCG brands
• Background in creator collaborations and community formats
