Learning Program Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential learning and development organization seeking a Learning Program Manager to drive measurable performance impact through strategic learning initiatives. This is a remote position based in the United States.

This role goes well beyond traditional training coordination. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, diagnosing performance gaps, designing targeted solutions, and owning learning programs from concept through delivery and measurement. Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals and translate them into actionable learning and performance strategies
• Conduct diagnostics to identify root causes of performance gaps, including skills, processes, and organizational factors
• Serve as single point of accountability for learning initiatives, managing the full lifecycle from strategy and design through deployment and optimization
• Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, vendors, and facilitators to develop high-quality learning solutions aligned to business objectives
• Track and evaluate program effectiveness using business metrics, communicating ROI and performance outcomes to stakeholders
• Facilitate transparent communication with business leaders on program status, progress, and value delivery
• Lead regular stakeholder reviews to ensure alignment and drive accountability across learning initiatives
• Champion a culture of continuous learning and advocate for professional development across the organization
• Stay current on learning trends, tools, and innovations to enhance program effectiveness

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in learning and development, performance consulting, or related roles
• Proven track record leading and delivering complex learning programs end-to-end
• Strategic thinking ability with experience aligning learning initiatives to business priorities and measurable outcomes
• Strong consulting mindset—skilled at diagnosing problems and recommending impactful solutions beyond traditional training
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and influence decisions across all organizational levels
• Excellent program management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives and competing priorities
• Analytical capabilities with experience measuring learning impact and linking outcomes to business performance
• Clear, confident communication skills and ability to articulate value to diverse audiences
• Adaptability and comfort thriving in dynamic environments with evolving priorities
