About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential international organization based in New York seeking a Data Quality/ETL Specialist for a fully remote, long-term contract role. This position requires working 4-6 hours per day aligned with New York business hours.

Responsibilities
- Work within an agile team to design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) processes
- Translate design specifications and functional requirements into scalable ETL workflows
- Manage data import, transformation, and loading processes from MongoDB to data lakehouse architecture
- Merge code into shared repositories, validate implementations, and perform quality assurance
- Implement and maintain data quality measures to ensure accuracy and integrity of loaded data
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with AWS ETL and data quality tools
- Proven experience designing and implementing ETL pipelines in production environments
- Strong background in data cleansing and deduplication methodologies
- Experience with MEAN stack framework (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js)
- Demonstrated ability in ensuring data accuracy through comprehensive ETL testing
- Experience with Kafka or similar large-scale messaging technologies
- Solid knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Scrum procedures, CI/CD practices, and automation
- Fluent English communication skills
- Availability to work 4-6 hours per day during New York business hours
