Senior Sales Manager:in Brand & Performance Advertising (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential social platform organization in Berlin. As Senior Sales Manager for Brand & Performance Advertising, you will drive growth and revenue through strategic client acquisition and relationship management.

• Build and manage your own client portfolio from the ground up through proactive outbound prospecting and cold outreach
• Identify and qualify leads using AI-supported research tools to target brands that align with the platform's community-focused positioning
• Close deals with major brands and media agencies for hyperlocal and national campaigns, managing the entire sales cycle from first contact to contract signature
• Scale advertising budgets by identifying upsell opportunities, add-ons, and cross-media concepts that deliver lasting impact
• Develop creative, strategic advertising approaches that maximize client visibility and campaign effectiveness on the platform
• Serve as a mentor to sales colleagues, sharing expertise and elevating team performance

What We're Looking For

• 4-5+ years of proven experience in media sales or ad sales, ideally with focus on branding or platform campaigns
• Demonstrated track record of winning major brand clients and driving significant revenue growth
• Hunter mentality with strong cold-calling skills and genuine passion for business development
• Established network within agency and brand marketing communities that can be activated immediately
• Strategic thinker who identifies creative solutions and opportunities to increase deal size
• Self-organized work style with entrepreneurial drive and high focus
• Fluency in German required for this Berlin-based role
