Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential social-tech organization based in Berlin, and we're seeking a talented CRM professional to join their five-person retention team. In this role, you will:
- Drive engagement goals such as daily active users through strategic CRM initiatives
- Plan, test, and implement newsletter campaigns in collaboration with content and advertising teams, with a focus on improving click-through rates
- Build and continuously optimize automated campaigns including onboarding, reactivation, and triggered communications across email, push notifications, and in-app messages
- Develop meaningful user segmentations based on interests and community characteristics to deliver personalized experiences
- Collaborate with product and data teams to deepen user understanding and implement targeted initiatives
- Create regular reports on testing outcomes and goal achievement in your area of responsibility
- Coordinate with the team on best practices, content strategy, and send-time optimization
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on CRM experience
- Strong expertise with Braze platform
- Data-driven mindset with proven ability to interpret KPIs and make informed decisions
- Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative engagement strategies
- Self-directed and structured approach to campaign planning and project execution
- Demonstrated experience setting up and analyzing multi-channel journeys and A/B tests, with ability to derive actionable recommendations
- Technical proficiency in CRM infrastructure, link tracking, deliverability management, and tool optimization
- Native-level German language skills and fluent English
- Passion for developing digital products with social impact
