Senior Sales Manager – Heer (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential defense technology organization in Berlin that is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to drive growth in land-based defense systems. This is a strategic role where you'll build relationships with military stakeholders, government agencies, and industry partners while advancing critical defense programs.

Whether you come from deep defense industry experience or have achieved success in enterprise sales with the ability to quickly understand complex defense programs, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact in an expanding business area.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop strategic customer relationships within military land systems and the broader defense ecosystem
• Identify, develop, and win complex business opportunities in the defense sector
• Navigate military procurement processes confidently and coordinate diverse stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate customer requirements into successful commercial solutions
• Represent the organization at customer meetings, demonstrations, and national and international industry events
• Develop long-term account strategies and own the complete sales cycle
• Actively shape go-to-market strategy for land-based defense systems

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Several years of experience in B2B or government sales
• Proven track record selling complex technical solutions
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Independent, structured work approach with ability to thrive in a dynamic growth environment
• Fluent English language skills

Preferred:

• Experience in the defense industry
• Existing network within military organizations or NATO
• Experience with ground forces programs or modern land-based defense systems
