(Senior) Sales Development Representative (d/w/m) – Packa

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential SaaS organization serving a highly regulated European industry. As a Sales Development Representative, you will build and own your pipeline, serving as the foundation for future business relationships.

• Identify potential customers through intensive research and lead generation, opening new markets and business opportunities
• Contact leads strategically via phone and email, presenting the solution convincingly and converting them into qualified demos for the Account Executive team
• Research companies to find the right contact person in each target organization and engage them effectively
• Bring fresh ideas to identify new buyer personas and actively shape go-to-market strategy and sales process development
• Work closely with the Account Executive team to ensure promising leads become successful projects
• Take ownership of pipeline architecture and contribute to the company's long-term success

What We're Looking For

• Initial professional experience in sales and cold outreach, ideally in B2B sales and/or the SaaS industry
• Based in Berlin and able to work in-office three times per week
• Native-level German and strong English skills (minimum C1 level) to communicate convincingly with target customers
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate market and customer information and draw strategic conclusions
• Goal-oriented, organized, and team-focused work style
• High team collaboration skills and flexibility to integrate seamlessly into a dynamic environment
• Ability to deliver excellent results even in challenging situations
